HDPE plastic welding rods are solid cylindrical products made from polyethylene (HDPE) through extrusion. The rods are specifically designed for the extrusion welding process. Their composition is the same as the high-quality polyethylene resin used in our geomembranes, making them 100% compatible with our liner product system and capable of providing good adhesion at the weld seams. Product features include high-quality welding rods that are compatible with most welding equipment on the market, proven to perform reliably on construction sites, and have been used to weld millions of feet of geomembrane. They possess characteristics such as low density, heat resistance, non-deformation, high rigidity, high surface strength, acid, alkali, and salt resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic, flame retardant, good toughness, and excellent welding performance.
