The membrane is made of polymer material reinforced with polyester fiber fabric, combined into one through a special extrusion coating process, forming a double-sided PVC plastic layer with polyester reinforcement in the middle. The advanced polyethylene plastic layer combined with the mesh polyester fabric gives the coil excellent dimensional stability and a low thermal expansion coefficient, enhancing the long-term performance of coils directly exposed to the natural environment. Construction method: hot air welding, ensuring welding effectiveness. Product features: PVC waterproof membrane has high tensile strength, good elongation, low thermal dimensional change rate, good weldability, and the joints are integrated with the substrate through hot air welding, providing good water vapor diffusion, easy release of condensate, and easy discharge of moisture and humidity remaining on the substrate. It is resistant to aging, UV radiation, chemical corrosion, and root penetration. It has good flexibility at low temperatures (-20°C) and a long service life (25 years for roofs, over 50 years for underground applications) without environmental pollution. The colored surface reflects UV radiation, and the surface of the PVC waterproof membrane absorbs less heat. It exhibits low temperature resistance, excellent flexibility and ductility, high tensile strength, excellent dimensional stability, high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, root penetration resistance, weather resistance, UV linear resistance, and hail resistance.
